Deputy Nursing Service Manager - Focus on Advice & Quality - No Active Care (m/f/d)

Together with the PDL, you are responsible for nursing as well as the management of our caregivers and are actively involved in the care of the counties of Ravensburg and Biberach: Advice: You are in regular contact with our seniors and relatives and provide individual and suitable care concepts. Quality assurance: For example, you carry out consulting visits (§ 37.3 SGB XI) as well as customer and employee visas. Knowledge Transfer: You train our everyday companions (m/w/d) professionally and accompany their on-site integration with our customers. Administration: You plan your dates independently and maintain all data and information in our CRM-Sysstem Visibility: You support the development and development of a network of multipliers to make our meaningful services known.

Qualification: Training as a examinated nurse (e.g. senior nurse, health and nursing staff) or comparable qualification / study. Experience: At least two years of professional experience in nursing (ideally outpatient), also re-enterers. Personality: Joy in consulting, empathy and a class B driving licence.
