You will learn different areas such as investment, operations and finance, support the purchase and optimization of wind and solar parks and take early responsibility for your own projects. This gives you valuable insights into the economic implementation of renewable energies and actively shape it. Your sunny views: Through your commitment to Encavis, you combine practical experience with a university degree (M.Sc.) in Innovation Management, specialization Business Development, at the Hamburg School of Business Administration (HSBA). You're going through many exciting areas of our Hamburg location directly at the Elbe, for example: you support the investment team in purchasing new wind and solar parks. You accompany the operations teams that take care of the handling and optimization of our parks in the different country markets. You will be part of various finance departments and understand how we make renewable energy more economical.

You bring a completed first university degree with a scientific reference. Your English skills should move to level B2. Your own initiative, the openness to new things and the strength of decision. You want to work proactively and are ready to take responsibility. You are open-minded, like working in a team and counting structured work on your strengths. You bring passion for renewable energy.
