Accounting and Interface Management They are responsible for auditing input and output accounts as well as for payment monitoring and accounting. As an interface to the tax office and accounting, you will ensure a smooth process and support monthly, quarterly and annual accounts as well as in the dunning industry.

Project controlling and commercial planning They take responsibility for the project controlling – including the installation, tracking and control of project plans and the economic evaluation of ongoing projects. The costing of orders is also one of your tasks. In addition, you will participate in the strategic and operational planning and in the development of forecasts.

Contract management and commercial support They take part in general commercial topics, support the design of processes and perform tasks in contract management – from creation to maintenance of relevant documents.

Analysis, reporting and process optimization They carry out target-actual comparisons, create reports for management and derive concrete recommendations for action. In addition, you are actively involved in the further development of internal accounting and commercial processes.

Interdisciplinary communication They ensure a smooth flow of information between the financial sector, management and other business areas and contribute to effective cooperation through their communication strength.

Academic background: They have an economic study, ideally with the focus on finance or controlling or a comparable qualification.

Professional experience & contract law: You bring several years of professional experience in the financial sector and controlling, preferably at least 3 years and have basic knowledge in contract law.

Software identifiers: They are safe in handling accounting software (e.g. DATEV) and MS Office, especially Excel.

Entrepreneurship: They are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and acting. Your own work is just as natural for you as team skills to achieve optimal results together with colleagues.

Analytical competencies: Their pronounced analytical skills allow you to interpret data accurately and derive sound recommendations for action. They have a good sense of numbers and their significance for the company.

Language skills: They have good language skills in German and English, both in word and in writing to communicate at international level.
