Compliance Officer with additional function as Deputy Security Officer (m/f/d)

You contribute to the development, development and implementation of an effective compliance management system (CMS) In addition, monitor compliance with relevant regulations for the BLB NRW and develop internal guidelines as well as training concepts You carry out compliance risk analyses and internal audits and follow risk mitigation measures. You shall assist in the safety-related care of appropriately empowered staff You will also advise employees on confidentiality obligations and assist in training as well as awareness-raising measures to protect secret and sabotage The transmission of the tasks in secret protection takes place only after the successful safety check of stage U3 after the SÜG NRW. You have a successfully completed university degree (Bachelor/Diplom/Master) in the field of law, public law, economic law, administrative sciences, economics or comparable discipline. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 51.460,00 € – approx. € 82.590,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
