Packaging Developer (m/f/d)

As a packaging developer (w/m/d), you develop new packaging and logistics concepts in terms of sustainability and technical aspects. You are responsible for design and project management and check the technical feasibility up to implementation. The optimization of existing packaging concepts and the tuning of the packaging concepts with suppliers, customers and purchasing represent a substantial part of your everyday work. In addition to the new development of packaging, you also optimize and implement new processes in packaging logistics and identify and promote proactive innovative packaging machines and materials. In addition, monitor the quality standards, analyze the costs and identify potential savings in packaging technology. These results, including the defined implementation measures, will be presented to our customers.

You have completed their studies in packaging technology or a comparable technical course of study and have already gained first professional experience, e.g. by internships or similar, in the field of packaging technology. You have a regular adaptability between “safety shoes and suit”. A safe handling of MS-Office, especially with Excel, distinguishes you. You will be happy to present, also perform safely in front of internal and external contact persons, communicate in a targeted manner in German (C1) as well as in English (B2) and can convince your contact persons of your concepts and ideas. The Benefits listed are dependent on the classification and may vary depending on the position and department. The remuneration for this position is between € 45,000 and € 50,000 gross per year, depending on qualification and professional experience.
