Dispatcher in Central Order Management (f|m|d)

The ''Central Order Management'' team is responsible for the efficient workforce management at the NGN. The energy transition requires a dynamic adaptation of the work processes. As a disponent in central order management (w|m|d), it is your responsibility to ensure the disposition of all media (electricity, gas, water and district heat), especially in the counter exchange process Coordination and responsibility: You are responsible for the appointment and organisation of maintenance and other technical measures, such as counter change, in close cooperation with the relevant experts for the respective media. Date disposition: You plan and coordinate the dates for your own installers and external service providers according to the annual planning and taking into account current events for all media. Customer communication: You answer customer phone and written requests for appointments and order implementations and provide the relevant data in the relevant systems Central contact person: You are the central contact for the external service and external service providers to ensure smooth process processing. Tour planning: You are planning the external service tours for the coming weeks, providing information to customers and sending them. Load protection: You ensure the efficient utilization of the external service providers and support the optimal deployment planning. Data management: You research and provide customer contact data and ensure the matching of this data in all relevant systems. Absence management: You capture the absences of your own and foreign technicians in the system and take into account this in the MRP.

Qulification: You have completed technical training and preferably professional experience as a technician in the fields of electricity, gas, water or district heating. Alternatively, you bring a qualification as a specialist and a comparable commercial training. Experience: You have ideally experience in the area of MRP and in the telephone customer contact. Industry knowledge: You have knowledge of the basic tasks of a network operator, material management and accounting and controlling processes and the ability to control service providers. Working: You have the ability to tackle complex tasks with stress-resistant and clear decision-making and prioritization. IT knowledge: You control the safe handling of SAP and MS Office applications. Personality: You are team- and communication-capable, work independently and have a pronounced customer orientation as well as service providerness.
