A key role in the realization of our projects is your role as a project appointment planner: in focus on industrial projects. Whether Stuttgart, Munich, Frankfurt am Main, Cologne, Hamburg, Leipzig, or Berlin – choose the location that best fits you and shape the future in the Lean Construction area. Create and maintain project and schedules with tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project) Coordination with project participants to define work packages, schedule and carry out schedule checks Leading the time reporting including Cause Analysis and Evaluation of Process Deviations Responsibility for time and resource planning as well as for the analysis of project and progress reports to identify deviations and development of strategies and recommendations for action Application of Lean Methods in New and Stock Building Projects to Optimize Processes Organisation of lean and appointment workshops and further development of the lean strategy in appointment management

Complete study of the field of civil engineering, architecture, infrastructure management or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in construction, ideally in appointment management and in the creation of holistic project schedules in the context of industrial projects Understanding processes and dependencies in the planning, tendering and execution phase and affinity for databases and process modeling Very good knowledge of the application of project management and scheduling software (knowledge in common and experience with collaboration software solutions desirable) German and English knowledge in word and writing Germany-wide readiness with about 1 to 2 nights per week Analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as fun at work in interdisciplinary teams
