The Non-Financial Risk – Line of Defence 2 department at our location in Düsseldorf or in Hamburg will strengthen you with your expertise and enjoy driving change. In this position, you take over the department's disciplinary and professional leadership and are responsible, among others, for the following tasks: Monitoring processes for operational risks and damage, risk inventory and risk self assessment Control of the internal control system – including documentation in the written order Examination of the introduction of new products and processes according to AT 8.1 and AT 8.2 of the MaRisk including the inclusion within the scope of the tasks according to MaRisk Implementation of group-internal predefined control actions Business continuity management control

Complete studies of economics (BWL / VWL), mathematics or business informatics and relevant know-how in the financial services sector Multiannual professional experience in risk management or as an external auditor (w/m/d) or consultant (w/m/d) with banks / financial services Funded knowledge of supervisory law relevant to leasing companies (MaRisk / ZAG-MaRisk / BAIT) Detectable leadership skills as well as pronounced method and social competence Enforcement and conflict resolution potential Ready for business trips Excellent knowledge of MS Office products is provided as well as excellent knowledge of German and English.
