Lead Backend Developer (m/f/d)

In addition to the mentoring and leadership of a development team, your future responsibilities include: You develop central components of our AI Suite (including GenAI bots, voice bots, AI based mail processing) You develop scalable and future-oriented architectures for our AI components You integrate the components into the cross-architecture You support the professional and technical development of your team You agree closely with stakeholders and translate technical requirements into specific technical specifications You also support structured documentation and active knowledge management in the team

You have completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or a comparable degree course and brings at least five years of experience in backend development with You like to take responsibility and have ideally already experience in managing teams You have good knowledge of German in C1 level as well as reliable English in at least B1 level You have well-founded knowledge of TypeScript as well as practical experience with node.js and nest.js and already have experience in developing REST APIs In addition, you have a good understanding of enterprise architectures, basic knowledge in common database technologies and first practical experience in developing AI applications A plus, but no need: You have collected first contact points with other programming languages or technologies (e.g. Python or FastAPI) You bring a basic understanding of cloud technologies, ideally in the Microsoft Riviera environment You could already gain first experiences with Agentic AI You are interested in topics such as DevOps, Automation and Infrastructure as Code
