We are looking for a dedicated learning support (m/w/d). During their two-year course, You accompany in-depth specialists in occupational safety at the BGN and BGHW, provide specialist knowledge and support the participants in transferring the acquired competences into operational practice. In doing so, you combine professional expertise from occupational safety with educational knowledge and a pronounced practical orientation from the BGN and/or BGHW industries.

Learning of participants during the Sifa course (both in presence seminars and online phases) Implementation of presence and web seminars and accompaniment and advice in the self-organized learning and implementation of competences in the operational practical phase Implementation of written feedback Detection of individual learning needs and targeted support Cooperation and professional exchange with other learning guides Dealing with the learning platforms Ilias and the Sifa learning world Support in quality assurance of the Sifa course

a completed academic degree (Master or University Diploma), preferably in engineering, food technology, brewing and beverage technology and comparable courses a successfully completed course of work (m/w/d) recognised by the DGUV practical, multi-year professional experience in the field of occupational safety well-founded knowledge of the relevant legal and professional requirements safe handling of modern learning and communication media strong communication and presentation capability You create a positive learning atmosphere and can motivate participants Team capability: You work closely with other learning companions Own responsibility: You organize your learning offers independently and reliably knowledge of German in word and writing Willingness to continue and further education Ideally you have practical experience in the BGN industries or BGHW industries a qualification for learning (m/w/d) for the Sifa course 3.0 Experience in adult education as a learning guide (m/w/d) in Sifa course 3.0 We welcome applications regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic and social origin, religion/worldview, disability, age as well as sexual orientation and identity.
