From procurement to optimization – keep all threads in hand here. A fleet with 250 vehicles is not waiting for administration, but for leadership.Fleet responsibility: holistic responsibility for fleet management with around 250 cars. Procurement & leasing: Planning, procurement, leasing and return of service and pool vehicles. Contract management: care and control of leasing, maintenance, repair and insurance contracts. Cost & Budget: Control of fleet costs including budget responsibility. Compliance & Dates: Monitoring of runtimes, running performances, UVV tests and legal requirements. Interface management: Central contact for employees, leasing companies, workshops and insurance companies. Damage management: settlement of damages, accidents and insurance issues. Guidelines: Introduction, maintenance and further development of fleet guidelines. Optimization: further development of the fleet in terms of cost-effectiveness, sustainability and electric mobility. Data maintenance: maintenance of the fleet data in the administration systems used.

Numbers, contracts, vehicles – you think networked and act consistently. Anyone who asks you does not get a theory – but clear solutions.Qualification: completed commercial or technical training, ideally focusing on fleet, logistics or vehicle management. Experience: Multiannual professional experience in fleet management, preferably with fleets from approx. 100 vehicles. Knowledge: Good knowledge of leasing, insurance and contracting. IT knowledge: safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with fleet management software. Analysis & Cost Consciousness: Embossed Economic Thinking and Analytical Skills. Personality: Communication strength, organisational skill and enforcement capability. Operation: Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented. Mobility: Class B licence.
