SAP Basis & Technical Application Expert (m/f/d)

Your duties You monitor our SAP S/4HANA system (private cloud) and ensure system availability and system performance. You monitor and analyze standard system jobs as well as Dr. Falk-specific system jobs. You monitor systems and interfaces connected to SAP, in particular in the context of SAP BTP. You carry out business process monitoring and analyze technical and processal vulnerabilities. You plan and carry out transportation with SAP Cloud ALM. You maintain user management, roles and permissions and perform SoD checks. You analyse SAP notes and maintain them as needed. You take over third-level SAP IT support tasks You will vote incidents with SAP and edit corresponding tickets. You regularly analyze and evaluate SAP notes.

Your qualification Comprehensive experience with SAP S/4 HANA systems in a private cloud environment. Experience with SAP BTP and SAP Cloud ALM Experience with SAP for Me and experience in cooperation with SAP support and Service organization Safe handling of relevant SAP channels and support processes Routinized handling in incident processing High level of team capacity and openness for new tasks and challenges readiness for continuous learning and personal and professional development mastery of the German language fluent in word and writing, as well as good English skills we require Industry knowledge in the pharmaceutical or life science industry is advantageous
