CNC milling & machining: You set up our CNC machining centres, introduce programs and manufacture components according to technical drawings. Quality control: You monitor dimensional accuracy, surface and tolerances – and secure our high manufacturing standards. Program optimization: You recognize the need for improvement and make smaller changes to programs directly to the machine. Disorder elimination: You quickly reap when it jams – you solve minor disturbances independently. Maintenance & maintenance: You regularly carry out maintenance work and ensure the smooth operation of your machines.

Training & experience: Complete vocational training in the metalworking sector, e.g. as machining mechanics, CNC milling machines, industrial mechanics or toolmakers. CNC competence: Finded practice in the operation of CNC milling machines – ideally with Heidenhain or Siemens-840D control. Technical understanding: Safe in reading drawings, versed in handling measuring instruments and machining strategies. Operation: Own-responsibility, solution-oriented and quality-conscious – even with high timing.
