Customs Clearance Specialist - Atlas / Import / Export (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the entire customs process for the smooth international movement of goods and ensure compliance with all regulations You control and monitor all customs processes, in particular the inventory management in the customs warehouse using the Atlas software As a central spokesperson, you act confidently in exchange with customs offices, freight forwarders and internal departments and coordinate all processes You carry out the tariffing of goods, check sanctions lists and are responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of customs authorisations You continuously develop internal customs policies, start working instructions and train your colleagues to secure the know-how in the company

You have a completed commercial training, e.g. in the field of forwarding, logistics or wholesale and foreign trade You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in operating customs processing (e.g. customs warehouses, transit procedures, free circulation) In handling ATLAS customs software, you are routined and safe You are convinced by an independent, responsible way of working as well as distinct organisational and communication skills You communicate in German with good knowledge of English
