You ensure that our buildings and technical facilities work reliably at any time. Regular tests and minor repairs are carried out independently and conscientiously. In the case of door-closing systems, you take visual checks and ensure fast repairs. At your tours you have everything in mind: you control, monitor and document interference messages. For construction, maintenance and repair work, you are the interface to external service providers and craftsmen and ensure a smooth operation.

You have completed training in a technical or electrotechnical profession. Ideally, you will bring artisanal knowledge from areas such as metal construction, electrical engineering or dry construction. More importantly, however, is their willingness to learn new things and to prepare them in a variety of ways. A good technical understanding as well as organizational ability are yours. Self-responsible and careful work is of course for you. Class B driving licence is desirable to be flexible in use. You like to work in the team, are reliable and take responsibility.
