Completed training as a state-recognized educator, youth and home educator, curative or curative teacher (w/m/d) or Complete study of social work, social education, childhood education, education or a comparable qualification Ideally first experiences in child and youth assistance or stationary housing groups Empathy, sense of responsibility and joy in working with children and families Valuable, resource-oriented and reflected mode of operation Teamability, organisational skills and willingness to take responsibility Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Ability to build sustainable relationships and give children safety and orientation The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
