Foreman / Master Turnkey Construction (m/f/d)

Together with our client, a leading general contractor for commercial projects, we are looking for an experienced personality in turnkey construction to strengthen the construction site teams in the medium and north German areas. The company implements sophisticated construction projects in different sizes and has been on a growth course for years.

In the course of positive development, two polators (m/w/d) are sought, which control construction sites independently and act as a central interface between project management, subcontractors and construction events. Total responsibility for the smooth running at the construction site in close coordination with project management and management level Control and coordination of subcontractors with focus on quality, appointments and efficiency Planning, organization and guarantee of material availability and coordination of logistics Participation in construction meetings and coordination with all project participants Creation and maintenance of construction site documentation including progress reports and building journal

Qualification as a polisher, master or comparable training or well-founded professional experience in the field of construction Practical experience in implementing turnkey construction projects Ability to structure and efficiently control complex processes Communication strength as well as safe occurrence in dealing with various project participants Flexibility and readiness to change locations including overnight stays during the construction phase Self-responsible, well-organized working method combined with enforcement
