We are looking at the Department of Transport Planning and Road Construction, Green Areas, Surveying in Division B 10 Wallstrasse Bridge/ Blaubeurer Tor Tunnel from now on a*n Civil Engineering project B10 (m/w/d) The renewal of the B10 in Ulm is the largest infrastructure measure in the city. Up to the Landesgartenschau 2030 two large bridges with more than 17,000 m2 and a roundabout with approx. 25,000 m2 as well as a total traffic load of more than 130,000 Kfz/24h replaced by a bridge, a tunnel and two signalled intersections. As a result of the importance of this measure, it is supported for an infrastructure measure with the highest funding amount of the Tübingen government office to date. In addition, this measure will be used for the first time in Baden-Württemberg for a transport infrastructure measure. Payment is made up to 11 TVöD.

Your tasks: Perception of the building function as well as construction management tasks according to LBO in construction measures with special difficulty in engineering, deep and road construction for the project team B10 terminological, technical and organisational coordination of all professional stakeholders, including management bodies, entrepreneurs, internal bodies (e.g. transport authority) as well as communication with the public during construction Coordination with other construction measures, examination of the conditions, mass calculations and billing of construction services Ensuring the safe running on the construction site, in particular the coordinated intervening of the work of the various entrepreneurs Responsibility for compliance with all public regulations, occupational safety and safety regulations

Your profile: completed studies in civil engineering (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) with focus on construction or masterin / technician with relevant professional experience in engineering, road or civil engineering well-founded knowledge of the relevant regulatory framework (e.g. HOAI, VOB, etc.) and pronounced technical understanding Ability to work independently and at the same time cooperative teamwork Own initiative in solving technical and organisational challenges and proactive communication with all project participants Negotiating skills and professional handling of project participants, authorities and the public high readiness, flexibility and commitment as well as willingness to serve outside regular working hours
