During your training, you will immerse yourself in the exciting world of international trade. The vocational training course takes place at the vocational school in Ahrensburg. You are part of a global team and aspire along the entire value chain. In the various areas of our company, such as purchasing, logistics, sales, accounting, accounting and marketing, you learn everything that belongs to the training profession: from costing to contract negotiation and creation to the creation of transport orders and invoices. You are in contact with national and international suppliers, service providers and customers. You will gain exciting insights during an approximately five-day stay at our production sites in Hamm and Wesel or during the visit of trade fairs. You will be involved in projects and have the chance to assume first responsibility and to introduce you.

You have a good to very good professional high school or high school. You are interested in commercial processes and international trade and languages. The topic of raw materials fascinates you and you are willing to acquire knowledge of our products. You are flexible and willing to work internationally. Ideally, you already have first intercultural experiences or are open to working in an international environment. You are curious, motivated, communicative, team-capable and open to new. You are passionate about sustainability and digitalization and want to help shape these areas. You bring a careful way of working. Your English skills in word and writing are very good. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience through internships or a side job.
