Economic success: You have a look at the economic, congruent success of your team or Competence Center as part of the adesso business model. Employee development: You convert the adesso growth path by setting up new employees, developing them and binding them. Special project work: You work professionally in projects according to your focus, e.g. as Scrum Master, Project Manager, Management Consultant or specialist for solutions. Customer relations: You build our customer relationships in the context of the holistic Microsoft technology portfolio and needs-oriented business case. Customer support: You enter your customers and coach the project teams.

Consultation experience: Understanding the consulting business and terms such as “load control”, “project organisation”, “expective management” or “customer relationship” are part of your daily business. Microsoft domains: multiple experiences in a Microsoft domain - both in the presales, offering management, and in the operational project business. Network: A well-established network in the Microsoft ecosystem that can be deployed in a sustainable way. Leadership experience: experience in building and managing (project) teams and recognition as a competent leadership that leads teams purposefully based on motivation and trust. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills.
