Strategy Manager*

You actively participate in the forward-looking topics of the DAW SE and take over strategically relevant projects that promote the company's innovative strength and competitiveness. You support M&A (Buy- & Sell Side) activities by evaluating potential acquisition or divestment targets, developing and auditing business plans and creating sound financial models. You prepare strategy workshops and launch presentations and market analyses that serve as policy templates for strategic projects and initiatives. You are always in close contact with top management and other key people within the group. You are part of a highly motivated, strategy-driven team – sophisticated tasks, high self-responsibility and steep learning curve included.

You have a very well completed Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or a comparable discipline. You can demonstrate at least two-year relevant professional experience, ideally in a leading strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity or in a similar position focusing on M&A and financial modeling. You have detectable skills in the creation of financial models as well as in the implementation of company analyses and assessments. You bring strategic and analytical thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. You are characterized by a high self-motivation and reliability and enjoy demanding and demanding tasks. Your strong communication skills in German and English as well as a professional, sovereign appearance complete your profile.
