HR junior manager (m/f/d)

You grow into leadership – a HR team with around 20 recruiting colleagues, payroll accounting, training, personnel development and administration. With us you develop the entire operational & strategic personnel work – not a stubborn work, but an active form. You create structures where much is still in motion today – yes, some are (still) unorganized. That's why we need you! You are a partner at eye level for management and executives, at the same time trusting contact point for employees. You actively shape the digitization of our HR processes – tools, ideas, new ways? Come on! You deal with legal HR issues – objective, fair, solution-oriented. You prepare HR key figures and report directly to the management.

Long-term professional experience in the human resources sector – e.g. as HR generalist, project manager or in a comparable position – ideally in a medium-sized environment A desire for leadership – you don't just want to do tasks, you want to design them with people. A pragmatic approach and the ability to take others instead of overrun. Sovereignty in dealing with different people and situations – and a good sense of communication. Motivation, willingness to learn and the will to grow together.
