In the role of Teamlead Logistics, you are the key player in the day-to-day operating business and bear the responsibility for safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of our products to customers. This position requires good leadership qualities and a proactive approach to continuously optimize and advance our logistics processes. In this role you support the construction of our logistics organization at the Neuchâtel site.

You are responsible for the smooth running in the daily business and pack yourself in A team of about 10-15 employees will guide you professionally and personally You will conduct employee talks independently with your team and keep daily and weekly meetings on the surface You continuously develop your team and recruit new team members You can secure the occupational safety and health (ASGS) You work on projects and involve your team and logistics know-how for the continuous improvement of work processes

You bring comprehensive expertise in logistics, whether through many years of experience or specialized training. Your multiannual experience in managing teams, ideally in the logistics sector or in related fields, is an essential part of your qualifications We expect very good IT skills in MS Office and experience with warehouse management systems Loading, humour, enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality are valuable qualities that benefit you in your daily work Very good written and oral communication skills in German or French and English You are mobile and can work in our two-shift operation Detection of potential for improvement and implementation of changes to increase productivity and effectiveness The courage to take risks and to act under uncertainty
