Fung as the first contact person for all IT requests from employees via telephone, email or ticket system Analysis and elimination of complex technical disturbances and forwarding to third level support, if necessary Support in setting up and configuring jobs, hardware and software Monitoring and maintenance of IT systems, including updates, backups and security solutions User management, including setup and maintenance of user accounts, access rights and email accounts Documentation of support requests and solutions in a ticket system Creation and maintenance of user manuals and instructions

Complete vocational training in the IT sector, e.g. as a specialist informatics or IT system businessman, alternatively a comparable qualification Ideally experience in handling ticket systems and ITIL skills Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office 365 and standard applications Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured and solution-oriented operation Embossed customer and service orientation as well as communication strength
