Full responsibility of the radio sites Takeover of the overall responsibility for the comprehensive supervision of various trades Control and monitoring of the commissioned commercial and technical services Contact person & customer relationship Customer support as a professional contact person Preparing and conducting regular discussions on our qualitative and quantitative performance Development of optimization potentials Development of object-related sales & cost optimization potentials Responsible Budget Control, Planning & Monitoring Ensuring operator and traffic security obligations Ensuring compliance with operator obligations Ensuring traffic security obligations for assigned land and buildings

Training and qualification You bring a successfully completed technical (electrical, plant engineering or utility) or commercial training (e.g. real estate businessmen) with Professional experience Successful professional experience in a comparable position Multiannual experience in technical facility management or in building care Entrepreneurship & service orientation High service orientation & numerical affinity characterize you Strong communication capability at all hierarchical levels, especially in the team and towards customers Class B and 3.
