Salesman / specialist consultant in beekeeping supplies (m/f/d)

** At the honey factory hums and hums it! As a modern, family-run retailer for beekeeping needs and honey, our heart has been working for beekeeping and sustainable beekeeping since 2019. From our location in Hohenstein-Ernstthal we supply beekeepers with high-quality products – transparent, personal and innovative.

At the start of the new bee season in March 2027, we are looking for a dedicated reinforcement for our local shop, which advises our customers with real expertise and enthusiasm.

• Fachberatung auf Augenhöhe: You are advising our customers in the store passionately and competently to our entire range (including wood-cuts, chamois, protective clothing and accessories for honey harvesting and varroa treatment).
• Sale and cash processing: You reliably wrap up cashier operations, soaring for an attractive presentation of our products in the sales space and reflecting the appearance of the shop.
• Active support: Among other things, you enter our bee feed tank and actively engage when customers need support when loading heavy products (e.g. food bags).
• Interface in the team: You care about the stock of goods in the store and work closely with our logistics and online team.

DEIN PROFIL:

• Practical beekeeper experience (required): You are passionate about yourself or have profound, detectable experience in dealing with bee colonies. This expertise is absolutely essential for the advice of our customers.
• Customer and service orientation: You have real pleasure in direct, personal customer contact and convince by a friendly, open and communicative appearance.
• Physical resilience: You're fit and you like to pack. The lifting and moving of heavy loads (e.g. forage bags, beuten kits) is part of this in everyday sales.
• Reliability and team spirit: An independent, structured way of working and absolute reliability are yours.
• Quereinsteiger welcome: First experiences in retail or sales are an advantage, but no need. Your incancer expertise and your enthusiasm for the topic are more important to us!
