Your responsibility: Consulting & Communication: You are the central contact person for executives and employees, raising awareness of security issues and making work protection tangible.

Strategy & Culture: You develop measures that strengthen our security culture and anchor them in processes and interfaces.

Representation & Networking: You represent EWE NETZ to supervisory authorities and are the interface to other companies and to group holding.

Analysis & Reporting: You process reports and accident advertisements, analyze causes and guide preventive measures.

Coordination: In case of work accidents, you will take all necessary steps and work closely with works council, business physician and relevant institutions.

Rules & Systems: You help develop internal policies and management processes and implement legal requirements.

Organization & training: You plan practical training and develop formats that sustainably anchor knowledge.
