› Support (“Deputy”) Head of Division › Support of the team lines Office › Representation of the specialized team › Monitoring and implementation of measures and projects › Coordination and preparation of construction projects / projects › Creation of tender documents › Monitoring and implementation of procurement procedures › Contract processing and evaluation of services › Project management, construction management, construction monitoring and billing › We reserve the right to transfer further tasks

› Successfully completed study of construction engineering or a comparable qualification › Professional experience in the handling of construction measures and, if necessary, first management experience › Good knowledge of contract and public procurement › Driving class B › Good knowledge of current MS Office applications › German knowledge at least C1 level › Enforcement › Experiences in the software “RIB i TWO” › Good communication skills, organizational talent and a well-defined team capability › Self-responsibility and results-oriented operation
