We are looking for a building manager / project manager (m/w/d) with the following field of activity: Monitoring and optimization of the performance phases 1-5 Contracts Organisation of construction site equipment and materials and personnel Technical support of the construction site Calculation of construction site performance Execution of acceptance including final invoice

The technical challenges require a completed study or a corresponding professional experience. Regular customer contacts require independent work, negotiation skills and contact skills Teamability and flexibility facilitate cooperation on construction sites A few years of professional experience allow you to quickly enter and complete your profile
