HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

This role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the personal landscape of a dynamic organization. You are responsible for controlling recruiting, conducting employee talks, implementing defined processes and much more.

Your duties Consultation and support of executives and the management of the work in personal, tariff and labour matters Management of applicant management and creation and maintenance of job profiles and function assessments Planning and monitoring of personnel costs and budget planning and preparation of billing of charges in cooperation with external partners Support, moderation and organisation of employee talks, internal training and training Preparation and support for internal and external audits as well as compiling overviews and reports Close cooperation with the Works Council and active participation in HR projects and cross-departmental initiatives

Your profile Ideally, you bring a great deal of experience in personnel work in a manufacturing company. Their pronounced interpersonal skills allow you to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within the company. You have extensive knowledge of collective bargaining and cooperation with works councils.
