The highly specialized clinic is certified as EndoProthetikZentrum der Maximumversorgung and is one of the largest of its kind in Hesse with more than 1000 endoprothetic interventions. For many years, an ''Enhanced Recovery'' therapy concept has been successfully established. Lorsch is centrally located in the Rhine-Neckar Metropolregion directly on the Hessische Bergstraße (30 km to Heidelberg and Mannheim, 50 km to Frankfurt). The area around the city hulls with a lot of green and lush nature, for example with the Palatinate Forest and the Geo-Naturpark Bergstraße-Odenwald. In the course of a follow-up plan, we are looking for a line of ambulance & x-ray (m/w/d) from January. Your tasks - You can look forward to this Leading as a model: as an expert for ambulance, X-ray and MVZ, you lead an interdisciplinary team and promote our quality-oriented patient care. Optimize processes: You take over the leadership and development of employees, organize patient-oriented processes, coordinate speech hours efficiently and adapt to the company's goals. Strengthen communication: They act as an interface between doctors, surgery teams and the clinic management to ensure a smooth clinic operation. Promoting young people: They coordinate the training of MFA trainees and take responsibility for their professional development. They are actively involved in the ambulance and X-ray team, including participation in standby services, and act as contact persons for radiation protection against internal and external bodies. Ensure quality: You prepare desires and audits organizationally and accompany them as responsible management.

You have completed training as MTRA or MFA (m/w/d) and bring well-founded experience and verifiable leadership skills in heterogeneous teams. They safely implement corporate goals, manage patient flows efficiently and enjoy the further development of processes based on key figures. They communicate service-oriented and professionally with contact persons of all disciplines and hierarchy levels and keep an overview with your pragmatic working style and your “hands-on” mentality even in challenging situations. They have very good MS Office knowledge and experience with common patient management systems.
