Teaching and teaching (approximately 2/3 of the area of responsibility): Designing lessons: planning, preparation and implementation of internal vocational education for commercial trainees Knowledge: Structured mediation of core contents with the focus on accounting, investment and financing as well as human resources management Ensuring learning success: organisation and management of targeted learning groups and the implementation of continuous success controls Examination preparation: Intensive and expert preparation of trainees for IHK final examinations (parts 1 and 2) Training and support (approximately 1/3 of the area of responsibility): Training guidance: Personal and pedagogical support for trainees throughout their training period Training organisation: Active participation, structuring and coordination of the commercial training day Interface work: Close and trusted cooperation with colleagues, departments and external partners (e.g. the IHK)

Qualification: Completed commercial training and ideally supplemented by the training according to AEVO Experience: Funded professional experience in the commercial field as well as detectable experience in teaching, adult education or training Education: High educational skills, didactic skills and appreciable joy in teaching young people Working methods: Strong organizational ability and self-initiative to implement curricula structured and lively Soft Skills: Communication strength, empathy and strong team skills for the daily use of trainees and colleagues Mindset: Ready to continue your own training to apply modern and forward-looking teaching methods
