For our customers, an innovative company in the field of filter technology as well as dedusting based in Velbert, we are now looking for a dedicated logistics specialist (m,w,d) in direct marketing.

Administrative support of the team in the daily business Coordination of spare parts and maintenance logistics Triggering orders, orders in the system Administration appointment arrangements and coordination Ensuring smooth internal communication with international customers Processing of import, export and customs matters Data management in ERP systems (ideally SAP or similar knowledge) and MS Office

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Experience in the above-mentioned tasks of advantage Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP or similar) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Flowing German knowledge (at least B2 level) and good English knowledge in word and writing Self-employed and structured work Communication strength and team capacity
