You advise our management and organizational units on all labour, services and collective bargaining issues and process the related processes. The management of personnel files, the creation of employment contracts and certificates & the maintenance of personnel data are your tasks. You are responsible for the payroll billing and running the sliding time accounts for working time. You create proofs of contribution, SV notifications and statistics.

A loyal team member (m/w/d) with successfully completed training or studies with a focus on personnel and relevant professional experience in the field of personnel. You have a well-founded knowledge of labour, service and collective law, as well as social security and tax law. Ideally, you have already gained experience in personnel management with a public employer or working with Loga (P&I). A correct and reliable operation and sensitive handling of confidential data complements your profile. You have very good communicative skills and work on results and with high self-motivation.
