By training in an internationally successful branded product company and visiting the professional school you will become a professional of your specialist in three years. In the operating restaurant of a medium-sized family business in the food industry, you will become familiar with industrial and kitchen procedures and learn to cook according to the latest standards of the food hygiene regulation. Step by step you will acquire the necessary knowledge for professional preparation of soups and sauces, fish, shellfish and crustaceans, meat, wild and poultry. They prepare herbal food and saturation supplements, produce sweet and egg dishes and dairy foods. Gradually you will get an insight into the basics of costing, develop menu suggestions and advise guests.
