Are you an expert in the analysis and processing of contractual claims? You also keep an overview in complex projects and convince with your negotiation skills? As a claim and opportunity manager (m/w/d), you play a key role in the enforcement and defence of claims and actively contribute to the economic protection of our projects. Description Tasks: Identification, analysis and enforcement of claims and opportunities in major projects. Development and implementation of strategies for optimizing contractual claims. Technical assessment and negotiation of claims with contractual partners. Process optimization and training of the project team in claim and opportunity management. Cooperation with project management and legal department.

Requirements: Bachelor degree (economic engineering) or completed vocational training with specialist/technical qualification. Experience in claim and contract management. Multiannual project experience, ideally in large projects. Knowledge in technical and legal fields. Strong communication and negotiation capabilities. Teamability, enforcement and readiness to learn.
