Responsible planning, coordination and control of the workflows at the construction site Management, supervision and coordination of subcontractors and industrial employees Classification, guidance and monitoring of the undersigned construction site personnel Ensuring the timing, quality and cost-oriented execution of the construction services Participation in the documentation of construction sites and the preparation of daily reports and performance certificates Monitoring and compliance with occupational safety, environmental and accident prevention regulations Close cooperation with construction management, surveying and other project participants

Complete training for the tested polish*in, ideally in engineering, infrastructure or bridge construction At least 5 years of professional experience in engineering or infrastructure construction Safe handling of current MS Office applications Experience in the management of professional employees and entrepreneurs Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Teamability, Communication Strength and Enforcement Very good knowledge of German; Polish language skills Willingness for future project assignments outside the Berlin site
