You have at least 5 years of experience in building management, preferably in project management You have completed your studies in civil engineering or architecture You are capable of communication and can respectfully negotiate with colleagues:inside and successfully with entrepreneurs:inside You control German (C1+) in word and font (Applicants must be fluent in German language) You are customer-oriented, responsible and have an entrepreneurial understanding You are sovereign, timely, powerful and have a high degree of self-initiative
