Property Manager (m/f/d)

The role includes the holistic technical support of residential properties including controlling, accounting and service provider control. Technical support: Responsibility for eliminating defects and guarantee management. Refurbishment projects: planning and control of smaller housing renovations and maintenance measures. Service provider control: selection, commissioning and monitoring of external craft enterprises and technical service providers. Object condition: regular visits to ensure the perfect condition of the real estate. Interface: Close cooperation with the commercial team for long-term value preservation.

Qualification: Background as a building manager, technical object manager or a training/study in the field of construction/immobility with a strong technical focus. Professional experience: Multiannual experience, ideally collected by a building owner or a company focusing on interior design. Know-how: Safe handling of the issues of warranty, liability for defects and reorganization processes. Operation: Practical hands-on mentality, enforcement strength and negotiation skills vis-à-vis service providers. Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge (min. C1).
