They take over cross-group responsibility in our quality management and act as an expert on microbiological issues. In this role, you define microbiological hurdle concepts for our wide product portfolio as well as standards for the validation of cleaning (CIP, SIP), packaging decontamination and hygiene status in our production facilities. To prevent microbiological disturbances, analyse production and filling processes and take an advisory role in terms of hygienic design and food-relevant limit values. In addition, local units assist in the cause analysis of incidents and risk assessment to identify appropriate countermeasures. This refers to the products themselves as well as to technical systems, manufacturing and filling processes. With a strategic vision, you will develop concepts for the continuous improvement of cleaning and validation concepts.

They have a successfully completed study with a focus on microbiology / process / process technology / food technology or comparable training. In addition to the first microbiological knowledge, you have expertise in process and filling technology in the food industry, QM concepts, validations and hygiene standards (e.g. HACCP, CIP, EHEDG). For your versatile projects in Germany and abroad, you will not only be able to travel, but also be able to enforce. Thanks to your communication strength in German and English, cooperation with international colleagues (m/w/d) and service providers is not a problem for you.
