Working Student Quality Management Network Construction Projects (m/f/d)

As a transmission system operator, we secure the power supply for around eleven million people in Baden-Württemberg. We create the infrastructure for the energy transition by maintaining, optimizing and expanding the high-voltage network according to needs. The area of construction and projects is responsible for the cost and implementation of the TransnetBW network construction and real estate projects. In addition to the construction and control, this includes knowledge on quality management, data and information management, as well as HSE and environmental expertise. Major pioneering projects such as SuedLink contribute significantly to the success of the company and to the success of the energy transition.

In your role, you work in real quality management projects in the field of network construction and gain insights into the quality and project management of an energy company of critical infrastructure. You support the organization and implementation of workshops and training and learn how knowledge management works in practice. Concretely, you'll be planning and developing our quality documentation, tools and templates, and you'll start presentations as well as reports for management reviews and forums – your work has direct impact. You are immersed in our project process landscape, identifying potentials and helping to make processes more efficient and safer. From MS Power BI to SharePoint to Power Automate – you develop dashboards, automate workflows and get to know digital solutions.

You are a enrolled student (w/m/d) in business engineering, business informatics, business management, engineering or a comparable degree program. Quality management (QM), processes, standards and digital tools are interesting topics for you. Ideally, you have first contact points with ISO 9001, PDCA or QM methods. In MS Office you are fit, like MS SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate or SAP. You are an analytic and structured thinking team player who likes to take responsibility and courageously drive changes.
