Ensuring smooth supply of materials Disposition and procurement of production materials as well as ensuring the timely availability of materials Monitoring of delivery dates and active bottleneck management, including control of order confirmations and initiation of measures in case of deviations coordination and communication with national and international suppliers and agreement of supply and procurement conditions Maintenance, analysis and optimization of disposition-relevant master data in SAP and control of relevant key figures Support for forecasting and demand planning Participation in the optimization of stocks and processes as well as the further development of digital MRP processes in close cooperation with production, purchasing, quality and technology

Completed commercial or technical training, activity-related training of advantage Knowledge of material disposition and understanding of supply chain and procurement processes Good SAP MMM knowledge and safe handling of MS Office Basic knowledge of forecasting and demand planning and understanding of key figures and inventory control Structured, independent mode of operation with pronounced problem-solving, organisational and prioritization capability Analytical thinking as well as a process and improvement-oriented approach Teamability, communication strength and enforcement capability as well as resilience and flexibility Very good English skills in word and writing
