CEV Handelsimmobilien GmbH, a subsidiary in the secure environment of the EDEKA Group, is looking for a Property Management (m/w/d), first terminated for 12 months, in a successful company in the City Nord in Hamburg. You take the commercial care of retail properties and ensure a smooth operating process Your communication with clients, landlords: internal and external interfaces are professional and service-oriented You process short notices, tune appropriate measures and keep the implementation in mind The monitoring of deadlines as well as the creation, testing and maintenance of contract-relevant documents such as supplements, terminations or option exercises is in your hands Your careful operation is particularly evident in the maintenance of contract and master data as well as in ensuring high data quality in the SAP system You check invoices, process lease adjustments and support in receivable management You are also actively involved in changes of ownership, annual accounts and the processing of commercial and utilities Your passion for structured work and cooperation makes you an important interface to areas such as technology, accounting, expansion and law

Completed commercial training – ideally in real estate – or comparable qualification First or multi-year experience in property management and management of commercial or retail real estate Structured, careful and self-responsive operation with a good organisational skills Safe handling of contracts, deadlines and commercial processes Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different contact persons: Teamability, resilience and a quick understanding Good to very good knowledge of MS Office; ideally, you will also experience SAP RE/FX or similar systems with
