As a manager for special topics in accounting, you are the driver and co-creator of changes. You work with many different areas in the company – also internationally – and make sure everyone is well matched. In addition, you agree with external partners from areas such as auditing, tax advice or external accounting services. Last but not least, you will provide information in a comprehensible way, keep workshops or explain new processes.
Your foundation is an economic study, complemented by at least four years of practical experience – for example in auditing, consulting or in an international group focusing on accounting processes. Sensitivity and feeling of fingertips are also required as well as strength of enforcement and a convincing appearance. Strong analytical and conceptual skills are also characteristic of you. You communicate properly, always convincingly put to the point, have fun to present things and negotiate safely in German and English. Your work is structured and organized. Challenges and conflicts are addressed in a calm, objective and solution-oriented manner and always keeps an overview. Knowledge of the application of SAP-FI and MS Office 365 are desirable and you have already gained experience with ChatGPT or MS Copilot.
