Very surgical... You moderate and coordinate scrum events such as sprints, retros, reviews, plannings, backlog-refinements and daily stand-ups. You introduce new team members into our agile processes and procedures. You support the teams in adhering to agile principles, such as story building, ticket maintenance and capacity planning. You bring rest and structure into unplanned changes. You monitor and visualize team performance – from Velocity to productivity to satisfaction and agile maturity. With your communication strength, you ensure that all participants are provided with the necessary information and create transparency for smooth cooperation. You are the central point of contact for all questions about agile working methods. You guide workshops – also for our customers – and advise them on topics of agility. And as a lateral guiding force... You steer and structure team communication – inside and outside. You strengthen your team's self-organization and self-responsibility. You promote cohesion in the team and recognize conflicts at an early stage – and if necessary, you solve them like a purifying thunderstorm. You have an open ear for the personal concerns and moods in the team and, if necessary, initiate appropriate support measures. You support the professional and personal development of the team members and work closely with a professional mentor. You develop training and training paths around agility for all employees. You regularly exchange with the other team coaches, share best practices and find solutions for operational challenges.

A completed training – whether studying or teaching, technical or commercial. Multiannual experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach – ideally in an agency environment. A result-oriented way of working: you not only recognize problems, but also tackle the right solutions. Curiosity and the will to constantly develop yourself through podcasts, blogs or user groups. Courage, organizational and enforcement. Sensitivity and strong communication skills.
