Processing of legal matters of the Brose Group worldwide and legal advice in all, including complex and strategic matters, projects and M&A activities in the Drives business unit Creation, revision, examination and negotiation of contracts of all kinds, in particular with international reference Advising the business and legal processing of warranty, product liability and other liability cases, as well as asserting claims against business partners Independent analysis of legal issues, risk analysis, preparation of legal opinions and recommendations for action Legal Operations Activities of the Legal Department, e.g. process optimization, cost management, use of IT tools in the Legal Department Coordination of cooperation with external lawyers and active care of professional contact with colleagues in local legal departments abroad

Successful degree in law Relevant professional experience in the legal department of an international company or in a firm, as far as possible in the automotive sector Very good expertise in German and international general economic and social law Knowledge of legal operations (process optimization, cost management, legal technology) are advantageous Good understanding of economic relations Secure appearance and negotiation skills Practical problem-solving competence and hand-on mentality Excellent communication strength and consulting competence German and English knowledge in word and writing, further foreign language knowledge advantageous
