IT Apprenticeship as IT Specialist Data and Process Analysis 2026 (m/f/d)

This is what awaits you: 1st year of training: You start in our IT training workshop and acquire basic knowledge in information technology. Support our IT area in exciting projects and deepen your knowledge in project management, presentation techniques and other technical topics. From the 2nd year of training: You will get to know our IT teams in detail and are actively involved in the daily business. In doing so, you can independently perform analysis tasks, develop your own solutions and present your results.

Analysis and processing of data from different sources Investigation and optimization of operational processes Development of tools and scripts for automation of processes Participation in internal and external IT projects Participation in events, seminars and workshops on personal and professional development

Very good real school degree, ideally BK I, BK II or technically oriented Abitur, with good services in mathematics, computer science/technology, German and English Enthusiasm for IT, data and analytical work Joy in developing IT solutions and implementing own software projects First experiences in handling data or programming, e.g. through school or private projects Interest in current IT trends such as artificial neural networks or large language models Team skills, communication strength and commitment Reliable and independent working and pleasure in actively shaping your training
