Your tasks: • Installation and maintenance of customer and machine master data in the CRM system • Monitoring the comprehensive data sustainability SAP ERP / CRM • 1st level support and administrative handling CRM • Support of the Key User for Parent Data Cleaning • Ensuring data quality • Interface between sales and external services

Your qualifications: • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification • Experience in SAP master data management • Secure handling of MS Office and SAP ERP • Good knowledge of German and English • High customer orientation, loadability and team capability and flexibility • Good communication skills
