The family-owned company of Heimberger GmbH has more than 150 employees: women represent competence in metalworking. We manufacture high-precision CNC turning and milling parts for the major system suppliers of mechanical engineering, medical technology and the automotive industry.

Tasks

• Self-configuring and setting up modern CNC machines
• Construction and measurement of tools with state-of-the-art tools and presetting devices
• Implementation of program optimizations
• handover of the machines to the operators after successful turnout and release
• Support of operators in quality and manufacturing problems
• Self-responsibility of product quality with the help of the most modern measuring means
• Continuous improvement of ongoing production processes

Profile

• Completed vocational training as machining, industrial, tool mechanic (m/w/d)
• Alternative: comparable qualification with corresponding experience in metal and CNC machines
• Experience in handling CNC machines of manufacturers Hermle, Chiron, Fanuc, Okuma, Index, Spinner or Citizen desirable
• Experience with one of the following controls of advantage: Traub, Cincom, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc
• High level of self-motivation and independent working
• Responsibility and team skills
• readiness for shiftwork
