Management and central contact person of scientific project management for the application and other matters of third-party management, in particular implementation of the regulations and provisions of national and international public and private sector funds Coordination of project calculations and contractual cooperation agreements with the third-party management business unit in the central administration of the Jülich Research Centre Monitoring of cash outflows from third-party funded projects based on data available in SAP Quarterly reporting to each project in tabular and graphic form Examination of the time feedback in the projects and departments and assistance with discrepancies or questions of employees

Closed commercial or administrative vocational training with deeper knowledge of accounting, relevant professional experience is required Experience in third-party treatment is desirable Knowledge of accounting methods of various public third-party funding providers desirable Knowledge of SAP software for controlling are beneficial as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook Self-working, good eye for detail and number affinity Good knowledge of English, both oral and written High social competence and team skills
